We are now looking for another team member to join us in Supply Chain Department as Customer Service Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
You are responsible to managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints and providing information about products and services,
Follow up with customer to ensure their issues are resolved.
Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback and service performance.
Stay update on company product and services, educate customer on products features and benefits to enhance their experience.
Work closely with other departments to address customer needs.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information,
What we’d love for you to have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, International Business or Procurement Degree is preferred.
Experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints and escalations.
Able to work autonomously, accurately and to tight deadlines
Flexible and adaptable with changing customer needs
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM & SAP
High levels of integrity & professionalism.
